Adjusting the Windscreen Height

You can adjust the windscreen height 1 of 5 positions.

The standard position is 1.

  • Do not adjust the windscreen while riding.


  • Stop the engine and place your vehicle on a firm, level surface using the side stand or centre stand.
  • Pull the windscreen adjusting knob and move the windscreen up or down.
  • Release the windscreen adjusting knob in the desired position.
  • Make sure the windscreen is locked securely by slightly moving the windscreen up or down.

    Check the windscreen adjustment for smooth operation and check the sliding area for looseness.

  • Do not apply grease or other oil to the sliding parts.


    • If the windscreen does not move smoothly, flush the sliding parts with water to remove dust.

    If the windscreen does not move smoothly after flushing the sliding parts, have your vehicle inspected by your dealer.
