PGM-FI (Programmed Fuel Injection) malfunction indicator lamp (MIL)

Comes on briefly when the ignition switch is turned to the (On) position.

If it comes on or flashes while engine is running:

HISS indicator

Flashes every 2 seconds for 24 hours when the ignition switch is turned to the (Off) position.

ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) indicator

Comes on when the ignition switch is turned to the (On) position.
Goes off when your speed reaches approximately 10 km/h (6 mph).

If it comes on while riding:

Neutral indicator

Comes on when the transmission is in Neutral.

Torque Control OFF Indicator

Comes on when the Torque Control is turned Off.

Torque Control indicator

  • Comes on when the ignition switch is turned to the (On) position. Goes off when your speed reaches approximately 5 km/h (3 mph) to indicate Torque Control is ready to work.
