Switches

  • Left handlebar switch
  • Ignition Switch
  • Switches the electrical system on/off, locks the steering.

  • Key can be removed when in the (Off) or (Lock) position.
  • Locks steering.

    (Lock)

    Turns engine off.

    Turns electrical system on for starting/riding.

    (Off)

    (On)

  • Engine stop switch/ Start button
  • Should normally remain in the (Run) position.

  • In an emergency, switch to the (Stop) position to stop the engine.
  • Hazard switch
  • Switchable when the ignition switch is on. You can turn off regardless of whether the electrical system is on or off.

  • The signals continue flashing with turn the electrical system is off after the hazard switch is on.
  • : Hazard is on.

    : Hazard is off.

    Left handlebar switches

  • MODE switch
  • Used to change the riding mode.

  • Headlight dimmer/Passing light control switch
  • : High beam
  • : Low beam
  • : Flashes the high beam headlight.
  • Sel switch
  • Used to operate and set the display and the Honda RoadSync.

  • Turn signal switch
  • The turn signal will automatically stop when you complete the turn. (You can manually cancel the lights by pressing the switch in.) When used for a lane change, the turn signal will automatically stop in about 7 seconds or after riding 150 m (164 yards). In some cases, the timing at which the turn signal stops could be less or more. Always use the recommended tyres to ensure correct automatic cancellation operation.

    To enable or disable the turn signal automatic cancellation:
