About Your Audio System

This audio system can play audio files on Bluetooth® audio devices (mobile phone, digital audio player or equivalents).

The audio system can pair with Bluetooth® sound devices (speakers, headsets, communication devices or equivalents).


You can operate the audio system from the switches on the left handlebar and multi-information display. However, you cannot operate some functions by the touch screen while the vehicle is in motion.

  • Local laws may prohibit the operation of handheld electronic devices while operating a vehicle.
  • Only operate audio switches when safe to do so.
  • Set the volume at a level that still allows horns and emergency vehicles to be heard.
  • Some audio devices, iPhone, AndroidTM phone and Bluetooth® sound devices may not be compatible.
  • We shall not be liable for any damages or trouble in the use of audio device.

  • About Bluetooth® audio

  • Only one Bluetooth® audio device and two Bluetooth® sound devices can be paired with the audio system at a time. When another device is paired, the information on the previously registered device is cancelled.
  • If you receive a call to a paired phone while playing an audio, the paired phone may stop playing.
  • When unable to connect your Bluetooth® device to the audio system or when sounds skip or noises mix while playing, change the storage location of the Bluetooth® device.

    Basic Operations

    You can operate and set the various functions of the audio system using the touch screen and/or switches on the left handlebar.

    However, you cannot operate some functions by the touch screen while the vehicle is in motion.

    [1] Function lever: Push forward or pull backward the lever to adjust the volume.

  • To increase the volume: Push forward the lever.
  • To decrease the volume: Pull backward the lever.
  • To increase the volume rapidly: Push forward and hold the lever.
  • To decrease the volume rapidly: Pull backward and hold the lever.
  • [2] Sel up switch: Press the switch to select a menu item.

    [3] Sel down switch: Press the switch to select a menu item.

    [4] sel left/right switch: Press the switch to select a menu item.

    [5] Skip switch:

  • To skip to the next song: Press the switch.
  • To move rapidly within a track: Press and hold the switch.
  • [6] Goes back switch:

  • To go back to the beginning of the current or previous song: Press the switch.
  • To move rapidly within a track: Press and hold the switch
  • [7] ENT switch: Press to set your selection.

  • To receive or end a call: Push forward the switch.
  • To reject a call: Push forward and hold the switch.
  • To start Siri or voice search when Apple CarPlay or Android AutoTM is available: Push forward the switch.
  • [9] Page switch:

  • To return to the riding information or audio screen: Pull backward the switch.
  • To return to the home screen, Apple CarPlay screen or voice search screen: Pull backward and hold the switch.
  • [10] Back switch:

  • To return to the previous screen: Press the switch.
  • To return to the audio screen: Press and hold the switch.
  • To Adjust the Volume

    You can adjust the volume settings for the headsets.

    The system has the following unique volume levels.

    Adjust the volume while in the individual modes.

  • Each volume can also be set from the menu.


    When you push forward or pull backward the function lever, the volume control level appears on the pop-up information.

    To increase the volume: push forward the function lever.

  • To increase the volume rapidly, push forward and hold the function lever.
  • To decrease the volume: pull backward the function lever.

  • To decrease the volume rapidly, pull backward and hold the function lever.

  • Volume level range:

    Other than Microphone: Level 0 to 30

    Microphone: Level 0 to 14

    Automatic Volume

    Selects the volume setting to automatically increase volume from the headsets as the speed of the vehicle increases.

    To select the Automatic Volume:


    Available settings: [Off]/[Low]/[High]
