Electric Vehicle Does Not Ride

When the Display Does Not Appear Even When You Activate the Electric System

Check the following items:

Make sure you have your Honda Smart Key.

Check that the Honda SMART Key system status is activated.

Check that the Honda SMART Key battery condition.

Check for a blown fuse.

Check for a loose 12 V battery connection () or 12 V battery terminal corrosion ().

If the display does not appear, the 12 V battery may be dead. Have your authorised dealer inspect or replace the 12 V battery.

When the PUSH START/READY Indicator Does Not Flash

Check the following items:

Make sure the side stand is up.

Make sure the throttle completely closed.

Make sure the charging cable connector does not connected.

If the problem continues, have your vehicle inspected by your authorised dealer.

Motor Does Not Operate

Check the following items:

Is there any charge remaining for the high voltage battery?

Is electric system indicator comes on?

If it comes on, contact your authorised dealer immediately.

Is system fail indicator come on?

If it comes on, contact your authorised dealer immediately.

If the problem continues, have your vehicle inspected by your authorised dealer.

When the Power limitation Indicator Comes On

If an abnormal temperature on high voltage battery or other electrical system or low SOC (State Of Charge) on high voltage battery is detected, power limitation indicator comes on to preserve the high voltage battery and other electrical system. The power is limited, but you can still ride.

If the READY indicator goes off, you cannot ride your vehicle.

Turn off the electrical system, wait a little while, and then activate the electrical system. If the symptoms do not improve, contact your authorised dealer.

When the High Voltage Battery Indicator Comes On

This comes on if there is an abnormality with the high voltage battery.

Contact your authorised dealer immediately.
